REIKI LEVEL 1
This certification course is for anyone interested in learning the healing benefits of reiki, how to create a personal home practice, an how reiki self-treatment is a way to benefit from the therapy in your own home. Participants will learn how reiki can be used as a meditative practice that promotes a positive mental state, reduces stress and anxiety, and promotes relaxation. I will discuss the history of reiki, how to work with the chakra system (energy centers of the body) with reiki, and the reiki principles. Each participant will receive a detailed reiki manual and a medicine bag with tools to use at home in your 21 day personal cleansing practice.

REIKI LEVEL 2
This certification course is for level certified reiki practitioners. Reiki two is process that attunes you to a higher frequency of reiki energy, enabling you to work hands on, use the reiki 2 symbols, as well as mantras. Each participant will receive their reiki attunement in which I use a combination of symbols and mantras to connect the practitioner to the reiki universal life force. I will discuss and demonstrate how to conduct a reiki session, communication and relating to clients, ethics, and experimental practice. Upon completion of reiki two, participants will be able to begin practicing professionally. Each participant will receive a detailed reiki manual and a medicine bag with tools to use at home in their 21 day personal cleansing practice.

HOW TO BE A REIKI PRACTITIONER
This class is an online force offered throughout the year for those who are interested in creating a thriving reiki business. Business setup can be tricky alone, but I will walk you through it. This is not a certification course, but my guide on the essentials for building a reiki business.

BE YOUR OWN HEALER WORKSHOP
This workshop is a 3 hour wellness retreat. I teach participants what reiki is and share how to be energetically responsible. I provide tools on how to discharge negative energy and how to increase positive energy in the body, along with a discussion on how the body holds trauma as energy. The focus of this workshop is to help people understand how they hold the power to heal themselves. In addition to group discussion and lecture, participants will be guided through a group meditation and a reiki healing session to use as a daily home practice. This is not a certification course, but an offering to anyone interested in energy work and tools for self-healing.

REIKI MASTERS: THE SOUL'S COMPASS
The reiki mastery course is for those whom have completed both Reiki Level 1 and Reiki Level 2 Certifications. This course will launch winter 2020!
